Celebration continues as LAUTECH holds convocation thanksgiving

Celebration continues in Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, earlier today, as staff, graduands and students converge for a thanksgiving service at the Christian Interdenominational Chapel.

Chaplain of the religious centre, Reverend David Olawuyi, reminded all to always appreciate God's unfailing love and the gift of life.

He added that graduands, particularly needed to thank God for the siege that had debarred the University from holding convocation ceremonies in the recent past, which has been lifted.

The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mojeed Olaide Liasu in his remarks at the service, urged all stakeholders to be determined to help LAUTECH succeed.

He singled out Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, for appreciation, noting his generosity towards the University.
